RecruitFront allows users to set up alerts for subscriptions. This is helpful for users who would like to be notified when a position matching their pre-defined criteria is posted on RecruitFront. Emails are sent nightly for enabled subscriptions with at least one criteria. You will receive one email for a combination of all matching job postings across all enabled subscriptions. You will not receive an email if there aren't any matching job postings. Please follow the directions below to learn how to set up alert subscriptions.
1. Login to RecruitFront.
2. Press "Job Alert Subscriptions" button within the menu on the left.
3. Press the "Add New Subscription" button.
4. Name the subscription.
5. Check the box of "Subscription Enabled" in order to enable the subscription.
6. You can check the box "Filter to Interested Districts Defined in Applicant Dashboard", to only receive alerts for jobs that were posted by districts that you are interested in.
7. You can also filter by distance from your home address by using the dropdown below. The distance feature works on a radius from the address you entered on your complete application.
8. Press Save.
9. An alert will appear asking for criteria to be input below.
10. Enter a keyword into the "Search Term" field, then press "Add Criteria".
11. You can add more criteria to the subscription by repeating step 10.
12. Criteria can also be removed from the subscription by pressing the blue "Remove" button, under the "Actions".
When new jobs are posted that match your criteria, you will receive an alert within the email inbox associated with your RecruitFront account.
