Once you have registered for your RecruitFront account, you must complete all the required information within your application. After your application(s) are completed, then you will be able to apply for specific positions of interest. To familiarize yourself with applications, the following article illustrates each application section and its instructions.

Accessing Your Application
- Go to the RecruitFront homepage and click "Login" (see: Login to RecruitFront with a Username & Password for instructions)
- Your login is the username and password you created when you registered / created your RecruitFront account. Your username is your email address. The same username and password can be used for all school districts that use RecruitFront.

Select from the Available Type(s) of applications that you wish to complete, by checking the box(es) next to the application type name:
The application type you select determines the questions that you will fill out in your application. For instance, if you select "Coach" and "Teacher" your applications will contain questions specifically related to those types of jobs, not questions that are relevant to other application types. You can select multiple application types at one time if you intend to apply for multiple types of jobs in the future.
- Click "Save and Continue" to begin entering your information into the application
Saving Your Application
At any point in creating your application(s), if you need to save your work for later, scroll to the bottom of the page you are on, and select the Save Draft and Continue button.
Clicking Validate, Save and Continue will ensure all fields of this section are completed before allowing you to move to another section.
You do not have to complete your application(s) in a single session. You can start an application, save any work that you have done, and return to complete it later. See Editing/Updating: Incomplete & Complete Applications for full instructions on returning to an application in progress.
Personal Information
This section contains your answers to the following areas of your application:
- Personal information details
- Civil Service Information
- Qualifications / Interests - these will vary on the type of application you are completing
- Licenses Held
- Status of Employment desired
- District Information
- Retirement Information
- Fingerprinting
- ADA
- Complete the Personal Information section of your application
- Select from the drop-down menus or enter your information as required; all fields with * are required fields:
- Select the appropriate answer for Civil Service Title from the drop-down

Select your responses to Qualifications / Interests by checking appropriate boxes (these will vary depending on the application type):

Student Teaching

Final Application Validation
This screen displays at a glance the status of each section of your application. Before your application is complete, please note:
- A green check mark (
) = the section appears to be complete.
- An orange warning sign (
) = the section appears to be incomplete.
If any of the sections are incomplete, they must be completed before you can submit your application or apply to a job posting. You can navigate directly to a section by clicking the section name:
Once your application has all green checks next to each section heading in the Final Validation page, click the button "Submit....Application" (What this button says will depend on the application type you are submitting):
- Submit Teacher/ Admin Application
- Submit Coach Application
- Submit School Related Personnel Application
- Submit Superintendent Application
- Submit High School Student / Volunteer Application
The Submit Button will only show the first time you submit your application. Any updates made to your application after the initial submitting will be applied when "Save" is selected and will update automatically within the system.
The Final Validation section will now show the completed and last updated dates of your application you submitted:
Select any of the participating Districts within RecruitFront you would like to allow your application viewable to, by checking the box to the left of the name. To see job opportunities within the district, click "Jobs":
